All US based fully vaccinated employees are welcome to attend this event in person. Attendance in person is not required.
Non US based, those preferring not to travel and unvaccinated team members will be provided access to participate LIVE via streaming platform.
Our expectation, should you choose to attend in person, is that you participate in all content, social events, and activities. If you prefer to participate in only the content portion of the program, we ask that you NOT travel and instead participate via live stream and on-demand recordings. Key sessions will be live streamed and all sessions and breakouts will be recorded and shared for those unable to be in person.
Your health and safety is important to us. We are taking precautions to assure you have a safe and enjoyable time should you choose to attend SKO in person. A few things to note:
- There is inherent risk (COVID-related and otherwise) when you choose to travel. Please use your best discretion and err on the side of caution if you are at all uncomfortable with domestic or international travel.
- As of December 2021 masking is recommended indoors in Dallas.
- Hotel, event, and restaurant staff will be servicing our events and activities. We cannot guarantee their vaccination status. Please review the Four Seasons policy for more details: https: //www.fourseasons.com/dallas/welcome-back/
- You will encounter the general public and people not associated with Semperis over the course of your travel and this event.
- All in person participants are required to be fully vaccinated as defined by the CDC.
- On site attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination at the event. Please bring your official vaccine card with you.
- As of 12/18/21 - Full vaccination is defined as:
- 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
- 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine

Semperis will cover the cost of all airport transfers in Dallas, but will not be organizing transfers for attendees. Please use Uber/Lyft/ or taxis and expense airport transfer costs following the event.
Two options below that are recommended to get to/from the hotel.
Uber/Lyft: Can only be ordered to designated areas for each terminal (varies); please note that it is usually a longer than average wait time due to Covid but this is still the recommended mode of transport to the hotel. The hotel is located just 8-10 miles, depending on the airport.
Taxis - There are taxi stands located at each terminal.
If you are arriving with co-workers we do ask to rideshare to the hotel together.
Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. The rate for additional nights is $259++.
Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be billed back to you through payroll.
All meetings are business casual.
For those who enjoy fitness we recommend bringing gym clothes.
The evening events will be casual and outdoors. Early January the weather should still be warm in Dallas as the temperature typically averages 57 degrees. The temperature does drop to an average of 37 degrees in the evening/nighttime so think sweaters, jackets, etc.
- Taxi/Ride share to & from the airport to the designated hotel.
- For anything else, please ask your manager for pre-approval.
There will be two options.
1. All updates and changes will be emailed to the group distribution group.
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
- Semperis will make reasonable effort to accommodate the individual.
- If the individual is within driving distance of their home, Semperis will rent them a car so they may travel home for the quarantine period.
- If the individual is not within driving distance of their home, Semperis will arrange accommodations and provisions for the duration of the quarantine period and until they are fit for travel back home.
